18. Adrian DAWES Sr. Born on 6 November 1707 in Gwynedd, Montgomery Twp., PA.2 Adrian died after 1784.2
On 6 July 1736 when Adrian was 28, he married Susannah WILKINSON11, daughter of John WILKINSON & Mary (WILKINSON), in Wrightstown, PA.12
Addendum 1, page 1, The Problem of the Ancestry of John W. Dawes, Richard M. Dawes, May 1965 - this gives tentative evidence that Susannah was the daughter of John Wilkinson. The family history, Memoirs of the Wilkinson Family (1869) omits her name from the list of John Wilkinson's children and adds a Joseph Wilkinson not listed in the History of Bucks County. On page 171 of History of Bucks County detailing the ancestry of Charles T. Wilkinson, John's daugher Susannah married Andrew Daws. On page 171-172, regarding the ancestry of Ogden D. Wilkinson, Susannah married Adrien Dawes.

In 1745 Hannah married John PICKERING, son of Samuel PICKERING & Mary SCARBOROUGH.2,4 Born on 22 June 1715 in Solebury Twp, Bucks Co., PA. John died in Solebury Twp, Bucks Co., PA on 1 February 1787; he was 71.
