Would you happen to have any information on a George Dawrs of New York. He is a descendent of the William Dawes who rode. (The spelling of the name was changed due to the pronunciation with a heavy Boston accent). The information that I have is that he was the descended from William to William to William (?) to John ("Jack") to Jack (?) -- all Daws or Dawes. George married Martha Greenwood, and had a son (John Edward "Jack" Dawrs) June 13, 1900 in Buffalo, New York. This Jack was my grandfather. Please let me know if you can fill in any of the blanks.
